Did you know that the Aloe is mentioned in the Bible?
Not every Plant is, so it must be important!
I have counted 5 verses:

All thy garments smell of myrrh, and aloes, and cassia, out of the ivory palaces, whereby they have made thee glad .

I have perfumed my bed with myrrh, aloes, and cinnamon.
